Argenta Capital is a boutique advisory firm focused on Real Estate Investments in the Iberian Peninsula for Private Capital.
We position ourselves on the client's side as a support for their internal team, providing excellence, maximum rigor and expertise throughout the entire process of real estate planning, investment and asset management.
We currently work advising regulated real estate funds, private clients of Private Wealth, Family Offices and individuals.
The team has an institutional track record having been regulated by the FCA (UK), CSSF (Luxembourg), CMVM (Portugal), in the investment and management of institutional real estate assets.

In recent years, the team has made investments and managed private and regulated assets on behalf of pension funds, insurance companies and institutional investors worth more than 3 billion Euros (USA, Italy, UK, Germany, Portugal and Spain) for insurance companies, investment funds, REITs and top-tier national and international banks.
We have developed and implemented asset-based investment strategies (CORE and CORE+) for pension funds and insurance companies with auditable results, as well as VA (Value Add) investments and development in multiple sectors.
